The Bartender is hospitable to all guests and team members, acts safely and responsibly,and is knowledgeable about Wintzell’s and its menu. This Front-of-the-House position reports to the restaurant’s management team and helps to ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests by suggestively selling, serving food and drinks, answering inquiries about the menu, attending to guests promptly and politely.
The Bartender is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales performance objectives as determined, communicated and monitored by management. The Bartender must be knowledeable about local laws and policies regarding serving alchol and must adhere to all policies and laws.
