A Host at Wintzell's Oyster House is responsible for creating a great first impression for guests and helping restaurant operations run smoothly. This member must maintain a positive attitude and demeanor at all times.

Host Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
Manage the waiting list and estimate wait times.
Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections.
Answer phone calls and execute takeout orders.
Handle guest questions and special requests.
Maintain a clean, organized lobby and dining area.
Assist with cleaning tables, menus, and common areas as needed.
Support servers by helping with guest needs during busy periods.
Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
